Rose Marie Bruffett
Rose Marie Bruffett, 63, of Springfield, MO passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her family and friends on June 20th.
Rose was born June 11, 1954 in Springfield, MO to Olen and Gracie (Vaile) Dwyier. She graduated from Central High School.
She married Russell Bruffett on September 9, 1976, having celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary this past September. They were blessed with three sons Myron, Dwight and Toby Cloud. Rose was working at The Better Business Bureau as the Director of Operations and Office Communications at the time of her passing.
Rose’s greatest loves were her family, friends and animals.
She was preceded in death by her parents Olen Dwyier and Grace and Walter Duncan, and sisters; Virginia Morris and Delores Hukill. Rose is survived by her loving husband of 40 years, Russell, her sons Myron and wife Mary and Dwight and wife Jennifer, Toby and wife Janet; 8 grandchildren; Ellen, Matt, Addyson, Annie, Jacob, Jesse Bruffett and Coleton and Katelin Cloud; her sister, Patricia Dwyier; step mother Marie Dwyier and a host of nieces nephews and countless friends. Rose will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
In lieu of flowers, Memorial Donations may be made in Rose’s honor to Grand Mesa VFW for all Cancer Research, 20645 Del Ray Dr. Eckert, CO 81418. Visitation for Rose will be on Saturday June 24th from 2-3 pm with a Funeral Service to follow at 3 o’clock pm at White Chapel Funeral Home 5234 W. State Hwy EE. Burial will be at White Chapel Memorial Gardens.
