Wilma Lucille (Trotter) Burnett, 90, of Springfield, MO passed away on March 30th, 2016 following a long illness. Wilma was a graduate of Central High School and a devoted homemaker who loved to cook and bake.
She was preceded in death by her husband Charles Burnett, her parents Charles E. and Mahala Trotter, brothers Charles Weymon, Earl, Leroy, and Claude Eugene and a niece Jeanne Langston.
Wilma is survived by her three children, Mary Kathryn Freeman (husband Terry) of Springfield, MO, Charles Michael Burnett (wife Nanette) of Ozark, MO and Melinda Burnett-Box of Springfield, MO, four granddaughters, Lori, Angie, Katie, and Kaitlyn, her great-grandchildren and two special nieces, Sharon Risso (husband William) of Whitcomb Hill, VT and Jerrie Jane Trotter of Springfield, MO.
